National law firm Shoosmiths has advised Park Holidays UK Limited on the acquisition of Broadland Sands Holiday Park and the simultaneous disposal of Riviera Bay and Landscove Holiday Parks.
Park Holidays are the largest operator of parks in the south of England with 24 parks stretching from Devon in the west to Suffolk in the east. They will continue to run Riviera Bay and Landscove Holiday Parks.
The Shoosmiths team advised on all aspects of the deal including providing corporate, real estate, banking and tax advice. Shoosmiths corporate partner Emma Gibson alongside corporate associate Gareth Davies led the advisory team and were assisted by solicitor Rob Pook and paralegal James Grinstead. Partner Lisa Williams, associate Teresa Chong and solicitor Siobhan Doherty advised on real estate matters, while banking and tax advice was provided by partner, Kate Featherstone, and solicitor Victoria Sham.
